You may return your unworn sunglasses within 14 days as long as they are:
in original condition
unworn and unused
free from scratches, smudges, or damage
with all swing tags and original packaging
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
Prepaid orders โ bank transfer
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders โ cash refund
Processing time: 3โ5 business days, not exceeding 14 business days as per CPA regulations.

All Own The Trend sunglasses come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
normal wear and tear
scratched or broken lenses
lost screws or missing pieces
snapped temples
fading or discoloration
accidental damage
deterioration from improper use/storage

Customers may open the package while the courier waits to verify:
the product is correct
the product is not damaged
Trying on the sunglasses during delivery is not permitted.
